Walking Football Festival Sunday 10 July 22 POSTPONED

 

We have been informed today that the Vale of Glamorgan Council has rescheduled the relaying of the Jenner Park pitch to commence from Monday 4 July. As the work is scheduled to take 3 weeks we cannot use the venue and we have no choice but to postpone our walking football festival.

We are looking at options to reschedule after 24 July, so we will be in touch with you asap to see if you can make any alternative dates.

Barry Town United Walking Football Barry Town United Walking Football is pleased to announce its Walking Football Festival will take place at Jenner Park, Barry on Sunday 10 July 2022. The first games are scheduled to kick off at 10:30am.

We have space for 12 teams per age group (50 & 60) at a cost of £40 per team

Please pay particular attention to the footwear requirements at Jenner Park. Round moulded studs boots are the only permissible footwear. Players will be refused access to the pitch if footwear does not meet the requirements (please see the image below for examples).
